What is Mystery Shopping?
Mystery shopping is the process of evaluating customer service throughout a variety of retail operations. Mystery shoppers perform certain tasks and observations which may include: interacting with an associate, asking specific questions and purchasing an item. Upon completion of their assignment, shoppers will submit their objective feedback via an online reporting tool.
